Tramontofili è un video-clip frutto di un esperimento “situazionista” dai connotati tra il patafisico e lo psicomagico. Una cantautrice (Glomarì), un musicologo-chitarrista (Stefano La Via), una fotografa (Irene Trancossi) ed una scenografa (Chiara Trancossi), decidono di trascorrere un breve periodo di reclusione creativa in uno di quei luoghi magici della memoria, vale a dire una villa disabitata ma ancora fervida delle energie di coloro che un tempo ci vissero, con l’intento di celebrarla e riscoprirne i tesori nascosti (con tanto di metal detector).
Tramontofili è la colonna sonora di un momento preciso, trascorso in un luogo preciso, che affaccia sul tramonto; un tramonto di cui si cerca di coglierne con intima riverenza, la più sfuggevole delle bellezze: l’inesorabile divenire.
Il video realizzato in quei giorni di sana follia e girato da Chiara e Irene Trancossi, diventa documentario e al contempo ritratto della canzone stessa.

Tramontofili is a song resulting from a situationist experiment with connotations between the pataphysical and the psycho-magical: a songwriter, a guitarist- musicologist, a photographer, and a set designer decide to spend a short period of time in creative confinement in an uninhabited villa, one of those magical places of remembrance that is yet still fervent with the spirits of those who once lived there, with the intent of celebrating it and revealing its hidden treasures (complete with the help of a metal detector). Tramontofili is the soundtrack of a specific moment, spent in a specific time and place which looks out on the sunset, a sunset whose most fleeting beauties are sought with intimate reverence: its unrelenting becoming. The video, made in those days of wholesome insanity and shot by Chiara and Irene Trancossi, assumes the value both of a documentary and a portrait of the song itself at the same time.
